MONDAY MANTRAS
Having had some stumbling blocks of my own this week, letting my inner saboteur get a bit on top of me-I decided to search for a way to shift gears again. After too many hours of tv & snacks(Mochi should be illegal!) I pulled up TEDTALKS and started searching for something that would be inspiring…inspiration abounds in this amazing talk. It truly helped me re-ignite my spirit.

During this week, I wish for you to stand in your worthiness, to know its ok to be imperfect, to be kind to yourself and others & fully embrace vulnerability.

it’s not always easy having to grow up. But it gets better, keep going. The important thing is to cultivate friendships that will get you through the good and the bad, the hilarious and the sad. Also, to know that it’s important to keep your sense of play with you at all stages of the game-life is too short to lose that lightness and informs so much of your creative inspiration too!
